Chanel Supply Chain Planning and Delivery Manager

- Oversee the quantitative and qualitative orchestration of deliveries across seven fashion product lines, including press and gifts, ensuring alignment with collection priorities.
- Monitor delivery processes from production prioritization to completion, ensuring performance metrics are robust and effectively analyzed.
- Regularly update and share forecasts and delivery schedules with the Strategy and Market Coordination teams, supporting the broader Supply Chain operations.
- Identify and implement process optimizations and initiatives within Supply Chain Planning, ensuring alignment with capacity and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and develop a team of nine, including direct management of operational planning for product deliveries.
- Act as a liaison between production and downstream operations, facilitating the flow of critical business data.
- Drive transformation initiatives within the department, focusing on planning themes and IT tools.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Product Operations, Market Animation, Finance, and global distribution centers to ensure agile production and delivery planning.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, forecasting, production management, or related fields within the fashion industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in direct and cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; familiarity with Anaplan is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Ability to contextualize and present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
- Influential leadership and diplomatic negotiation skills.
A minimum of 10 years in roles related to planning, forecasting, production management, or retail operations within the fashion industry.
Degree from an Engineering or Business School.
