Chanel Supply Chain Planner

- Facilitate communication between the Supply Chain and various business units.
- Ensure service levels for PLVA (Point of Sale Promotion) items in the skincare category, managing stock objectives and product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation.
- Define supply scenarios for new products, express needs in SAP, and collaborate with purchasing and suppliers.
- Report on product launches, assess schedule deviations, and initiate appropriate alerts and actions.
- Coordinate regular stock and shortage analyses to optimize customer service in collaboration with suppliers, Purchasing, and Downstream Supply Chain.
- Manage product end-of-life by controlling costs associated with discontinuation and proposing action plans to minimize them.
- Analyze purchase requests generated by SAP and issue orders to suppliers.
- Challenge suppliers and Purchasing on production capacities to ensure supply meets demand across all catalog products.
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, stock coverage, obsolescence) to measure supplier performance and communicate impacts on product availability.
- Identify and propose logistics improvement plans with suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing optimizations for tools and processes and playing a key role in developing PLVA management processes.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in business school, engineering school, or university master's program with a focus on Supply Chain, Purchasing, Project Management, or Product Development.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Curiosity and creativity in solution finding.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and PowerBi is appreciated.
- Data affinity and proactive problem-solving.
A background or initial experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Project Management, or Product Development is required.
Bachelor's degree +5 in relevant fields.
