Chanel Supply Chain Planner - Jewelry

- Collaborate with the manufacturing planning team to develop production plans and capacity alignment exercises for jewelry collections and new launches.
- Define production schedules and stock modeling to maximize business opportunities while managing industrial risks.
- Support the manufacturing team in achieving planning and industrial performance objectives, including lead time and service rates.
- Coordinate and lead monthly PDP meetings with the industrial management team.
- Ensure performance tracking and stock projections are maintained.
- Set stock objectives based on assortment policies and sales forecasts to ensure distribution aligns with sales.
- Regularly review boutique stock levels in collaboration with regional and merchandising teams while managing overall stock levels.
- Coordinate specific stock requests from markets or division teams such as Marketing and Development.
- Participate in updating, creating, and analyzing Supply Chain KPIs to share results and identify improvement areas.
- Manage upstream and downstream planning for jewelry and watch spare parts.
- Coordinate with procurement and after-sales teams for upstream flow management, defining target stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
- Oversee downstream flow management with sales administration and local after-sales representatives, including order tracking and launch coordination.
- Implement Anaplan planning solutions in collaboration with IT, regional, and after-sales stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, deployment, and design of existing and future Anaplan applications for demand, assortment, distribution, and production planning.
- Participate in the integration of Machine Learning into Supply Chain functions, collaborating with the Data Science team.
- Contribute to the implementation of Business Intelligence systems and their transformation related to planning and execution tools.
- Engage in continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes in synergy with the Watches Supply Chain team.
- Degree from an engineering school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Anaplan, Excel, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English.
- Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and propose innovative solutions.
3 to 5 years in a similar role within the luxury sector.
Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain.
