1. Support the Supply Chain Performance team in Europe with optimization and transformation projects related to operational flows.
2. Manage projects including planning, organizing workshops, and operational follow-up.
3. Assist in change management by formalizing documentation such as business needs, procedures, and training materials.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of practices by drafting procedures for markets and internal services.
5. Participate in project follow-up meetings, communicate minutes, and track upcoming actions.
6. Oversee the operational management of returns flows and the European loyalty program.
7. Organize and animate the Supply Chain community and the annual 'Supply Seminar' for European colleagues.

Relevant experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
