1. Define the IT roadmap for the supply chain domain in alignment with business challenges and propose market differentiation through technology.
2. Act as a strategic IT partner for Fashion Product Distribution Supply Chain activities, inspiring business leaders with optimal solutions.
3. Implement the IT vision for the scope with support from the team and other Fashion IT teams, considering business specifics and priorities.
4. Manage budget, governance, and resources to successfully execute missions and animate the roadmap.
5. Provide high-quality IT service for functional domain activities through tool development projects and maintenance.
6. Ensure data quality within the scope, including source, frequency, availability, reliability, and consistency, and provide reporting and data analysis tools.
7. Support business leaders in evolving activities by projecting system and application evolution, monitoring business challenges, and designing solutions.
8. Collaborate with IT domains and expert functions to ensure the provision of necessary technical services.
9. Guarantee daily service quality and performance on business applications, including performance monitoring, maintenance, and user support.
10. Lead the replacement of the current ERP system, aligning with business needs and modern technologies.
11. Influence and support Corporate & Regional ERP teams in designing and implementing Fashion Supply Chain flows and operations.
12. Serve as the main contact for regional and market teams in the Merchandising, Buying, and Supply Chain domain, leading project and run activities.

1. Advanced proficiency in French.
2. Confirmed professional experience in the Luxury and/or Retail industry in an international environment.

2. Proactive in co-defining IT strategy in line with business challenges and priorities.
3. Systemic thinking approach to relate elements and support business arbitration impacting Chanel's information systems.
4. Recognized communication and persuasion skills to interact with stakeholders within the Fashion ecosystem and beyond.
5. Curiosity for market and technological evolutions and their impacts, detecting opportunities to innovate.

Mastery and solid experience in information systems, applications, and technical fundamentals for Supply Chain Distribution activities, particularly ERP systems.
