Chanel Supply Chain Intern

Within the Chanel Parfums Beauté division, the Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in managing the flow of products from production facilities and subcontractors to a global distribution network.

1. Coordinate and optimize the implementation of new processes for PLV material supply, ensuring service efficiency through data-driven analysis and collaboration with purchasing, forecasting, and marketing teams.
2. Develop relevant KPIs and reports to guide service performance and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
3. Ensure the adherence of all interfaces and team members in deploying new processes.
4. Oversee supply flow and product availability, optimizing customer service in collaboration with suppliers, purchasing, and downstream supply.
5. Manage product lifecycle, controlling costs associated with discontinued items and proposing action plans to minimize them.
6. Analyze purchase requests generated by SAP and issue orders to suppliers.
7. Evaluate KPIs to measure supplier performance and communicate product availability impacts.
8. Challenge suppliers and purchasing on production capacities and minimum order quantities to align supply with demand for new and existing products.
9. Identify and propose logistics improvement plans with suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or related field with initial experience or training in supply chain management.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reliability.
2. Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
3. Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
4. Professional proficiency in English.

Initial experience or training in supply chain management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
