The Industrial and Supply Chain Directorate plays a crucial role in managing product flows from production facilities and subcontractors to a global distribution network.

1. Coordinate and optimize the implementation of new processes for PLVA supply to ensure service efficiency through data-driven analysis and collaboration with purchasing, forecasting, and marketing teams.
2. Develop and construct relevant KPIs and reports for service performance management and communication with stakeholders.
3. Ensure adherence to new processes by all interfaces and team members.
4. Oversee supply flow and product availability, collaborating with suppliers, purchasing, and downstream supply to optimize customer service.
5. Manage product lifecycle, controlling costs associated with discontinued references, and propose action plans to minimize these costs.
6. Analyze purchase requests generated by SAP and issue orders to suppliers.
7. Evaluate KPIs such as OTIF, stock coverage, and obsolescence to measure supplier performance and communicate product availability impacts.
8. Challenge suppliers and purchasing on production capacities and minimum order quantities to align supply with demand for new and existing product lines.
9. Identify and propose logistical improvement plans with suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a focus on supply chain management.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
5. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous
6. Professional proficiency in English

Previous experience or training in supply chain management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
