Chanel Supply Chain Intern

- Coordinate and optimize the implementation of new supply chain processes for PLVA materials.
- Develop and enhance supply processes to ensure service efficiency through data-driven analysis and collaboration with procurement, forecasting, and marketing teams.
- Construct relevant KPIs and reports for performance management and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless supply flow and product availability by monitoring product range and collaborating with suppliers and downstream supply teams.
- Manage product lifecycle, including cost control for discontinued items, and propose action plans to minimize impact.
- Oversee procurement by analyzing purchase requests in SAP, issuing orders to suppliers, and evaluating supplier performance through KPIs.
- Challenge suppliers and procurement on production capacities and minimum order quantities to align supply with demand for new and existing products.
- Identify and propose logistical improvement plans with suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a focus on supply chain management.
- Previous experience or training in supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English.
A first experience or training in supply chain management is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
