- Oversee delivery plans in collaboration with the manufacturing team, ensuring alignment with service rate indicators.
- Communicate product portfolio performance priorities effectively.
- Collect and disseminate information on new product launch delivery plans to aid decision-making.
- Coordinate downstream supply chain activities for finished watch products, including regular review of boutique assortments and stock levels.
- Manage operational distribution from central to regional warehouses, addressing shortages and making necessary trade-offs.
- Develop and share projected distribution plans, monitoring their evolution and reliability.
- Provide visibility on watch product launch plans to regions and marketing, ensuring target stock levels and coverage are met.
- Lead global stock level management for the watch segment, driving stock performance during monthly regional meetings.
- Contribute to the update, creation, and analysis of supply chain KPIs to share results and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate specific stock requests for events such as trade shows and boutique openings.
- Implement end-to-end supply chain monitoring indicators, from production to boutiques.
- Participate in the optimization and testing of supply chain and business intelligence systems in collaboration with key business and IT users.
- Engage in continuous improvement of supply chain processes in synergy with the jewelry supply chain team.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at an engineering school with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with a penchant for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Power BI, ERP, and Anaplan.
- Recognized for rigor, perseverance, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a corporate setting where proficiency in IT tools was demonstrated is advantageous.
