1. Coordinate purchasing sessions and ensure their smooth execution, including order tracking and information sharing.
2. Lead cross-functional operations teams across seven product lines to meet delivery objectives in alignment with defined strategies and market needs.
3. Manage daily deliveries based on priorities and events, ensuring deadlines are met and escalating issues to management.
4. Guide distribution centers on processing priorities to facilitate effective activity management.
5. Support global Press Offices in addressing their delivery challenges and needs.
6. Develop, analyze, and communicate reporting elements to various teams, including distribution centers, product operations, division management, and markets.
7. Participate in continuous improvement projects, such as developing or upgrading management tools and modernizing reporting elements.
8. Engage in major projects and independently manage specific topics.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Previous internship or work experience in a corporate environment.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in both English and French.

Previous internship or work experience in a corporate environment is required.
