1. Manage the placement of material and haberdashery orders with suppliers in support of buyers.
2. Ensure the ordering and receipt of dyes.
3. Update receipts and prices in the system.
4. Coordinate timelines, partner follow-ups, and administrative tracking.
5. Conduct collection-based analyses.
6. Collaborate closely with various internal departments.
7. Participate in the return of collection haberdashery.

1. Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of Italian being an advantage.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with software such as PLM and ORLI.

Relevant experience in supply chain or procurement within the fashion industry is preferred.
