1. Efficiently manage the procurement of components for the planning department.
2. Ensure the accuracy of portfolio updates, delivery schedules in the ERP system, and maintain partner communications.
3. Oversee the issuance of orders and partner invoicing by the team.
4. Monitor partner performance through key performance indicators.
5. Participate in the budgeting process.
6. Contribute to the updates of supply risk matrices.
7. Organize partner reviews and associated reports.
8. Lead and manage the procurement team.
9. Drive projects related to the department and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Advanced degree in logistics or production management.
2. Proven experience in supply chain management, with planning experience as a plus.
3. Experience in team management.

1. Expertise in ERP systems, preferably ProConcept.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
3. Strong negotiation skills focused on win-win outcomes.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex situations.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
6. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Demonstrated experience in supply chain management and team leadership.

Advanced degree in logistics or production management.
