Chanel Supply Chain and Subcontracting Manager

G&F Châtelain, a subsidiary of Chanel SARL, is the watchmaking and jewelry manufacturing arm of Chanel in Switzerland. The site is responsible for developing, manufacturing, and assembling Chanel's watches and jewelry, combining artisanal craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.

1. Efficiently manage the supply of components for the planning department
2. Oversee and ensure the update of portfolios, delivery schedules in the ERP, and maintain contacts with partners
3. Manage and ensure the issuance of orders and invoicing of partners by the team
4. Monitor partners using indicators
5. Participate in the budgeting process
6. Contribute to updates of supply risk matrices
7. Organize partner reviews and associated reports
8. Organize and manage the supply team
9. Lead projects related to the service and participate in continuous improvement

1. Higher education in logistics or production management
2. Proven experience in supply chain management (planning experience is a plus)
3. Experience in management

1. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (ideally ProConcept)
2. Excellent command of Office tools
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex situations
5. Good interpersonal skills and initiative
6. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Proven experience in supply chain management with additional experience in planning being advantageous.
