1. Coordinate shipments and stock exchanges to boutiques and retailers across European markets to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
2. Serve as the regional liaison for transport and customs services, managing quotes, transport organization, tracking, and return flows.
3. Handle administrative management of shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, temporary exports, and certifications.
4. Manage financial adjustments related to commercial operations, including returns and billing of high jewelry pieces.
5. Contribute to transformation, optimization, and continuous improvement projects in operations, supply chain, and distribution networks.
6. Support internal and local teams in managing timelines to proactively alert relevant teams.
7. Participate in the implementation of essential KPIs for regional activity management.
8. Draft and share processes with internal and local teams to ensure ongoing training and knowledge retention.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.
3. Previous experience in project management and change management.

1. Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Ability to think cross-functionally and work collaboratively.
5. Attention to detail, proactivity, and autonomy.

Previous experience in project management and change management is preferred.

Exposure to a diverse range of subjects and teams, project management experience, and priority setting in urgent situations.
