1. Coordinate product shipments and stock exchanges across European markets to ensure timely delivery and prevent stockouts.
2. Act as the regional liaison for transport and customs services, managing quotes, transport organization, and administrative aspects of shipments.
3. Oversee financial adjustments related to commercial operations, including returns and high jewelry invoicing.
4. Serve as the reference for the AX ERP system, ensuring its optimal functionality and collaborating with IT teams for improvements.
5. Lead transformation and optimization projects, establishing objectives, KPIs, and supporting local teams through change management.
6. Continuously improve operational processes through workshops, training, and feedback sessions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project management roles.

1. Excellent understanding of distribution and retail processes, including logistics and supply chain management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adaptability.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within operations, supply chain, or project management is required.
