- Assist in implementing the distribution strategy for Watch and Jewelry products across all distribution networks.
- Ensure product availability in sales points and manage European stock in line with objectives.
- Support the Merchandising team with sales forecasting.
- Propose automation of existing processes for continuous improvement.
- Suggest relevant KPIs and new decision-making tools.
- Prepare retail and wholesale activity analyses to develop appropriate action plans.
- Manage European Watch and Jewelry stock, meeting stock level and assortment objectives.
- Inform management of stock risks and optimize stock through allocation and transfers.
- Plan new product launches for various distribution networks and propose target assortments.
- Monitor product reception and alert management of availability or delay risks.
