Chanel Supply Chain Allocation Coordinator

- Strategically and operationally coordinate the distribution of product launches and manage shortages to ensure supply chain success.
- Serve as the primary communication link between upstream supply and distribution channels.
- Analyze market feedback with a regional perspective and participate in discussions on impacts with upstream supply chain, forecasting, and international marketing teams.
- Coordinate allocation meetings to plan scenarios and determine quotas by reference and region.
- Arbitrate allocations between Yantian and Le Meux sites for specific products.
- Update quotas in associated systems, considering site differences.
- Monitor and manage non-consumed analysis during campaigns to handle additional allocation requests at the division level.
- Act as a communication liaison with regional SPOCs, key contacts within the downstream supply chain.
- Define stock allocation strategies during shortages to minimize lost sales, collaborating with forecasting and international marketing.

- Initial experience or training in supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Creativity in proposing solutions and autonomy in managing responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating various stakeholders.

- Fluency in English and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Organizational skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Previous experience in supply chain management or a related field is required.
A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
