Chanel Supplier Risk and Audit Director

- Monitor and coordinate risk analysis and propose necessary audit plans for Chanel Mode partners.
- Manage a team of internal and external auditors to execute proposed audit plans.
- Support the Transformation teams in implementing responsible supply chains through tailored assessment models.
- Oversee risk assessment activities, including risk analysis, audit planning, and post-audit action follow-up.
- Develop and evolve a relevant risk assessment model aligned with Chanel Mode's activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and reporting requirements in audit processes.
- Allocate audits to internal and external resources and manage the internal audit team.
- Establish governance with Operations teams and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Propose insightful analyses on assessment activities and evolve tools to meet these needs.
- Coordinate the evolution of the Risk & Audit management model in collaboration with the Supplier Assessment Direction.
- Advanced degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+5) with at least 10 years of experience in assessment, preferably with ESG focus.
- Previous operational experience in Supply Chain or Production is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Curiosity and active listening abilities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in assessment roles, ideally with a focus on ESG issues, across various sectors or in consultancy.
Advanced degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+5).
