1. Ensure Level 2 internal control over the verification of bank details using the My Sis ID application and manage supplier callbacks.
2. Collect regulatory documentation such as tax residence certificates and URSSAF vigilance attestations.
3. Support suppliers in complying with mandatory data requirements and regulatory document collection.

1. Higher education in Commerce, Economics, or Management (BTS and/or Master I).
2. Previous experience in a similar role within a demanding and dynamic environment, preferably in an international company's accounts payable team.

1. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
2. Curiosity, organization, and rigor.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and reliability.
4. Proficiency in office tools, with SAP being an advantage.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.

A minimum of one year in a similar position within a fast-paced, international setting.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Management.
