1. Create and modify customer and supplier accounts in SAP FI/COUPA, ensuring data consistency across systems.
2. Communicate best practices for invoice documentation quality to streamline administrative processes.
3. Serve as the first level of internal control for supplier data management.
4. Manage daily operations by updating client and supplier records across all Chanel entities.
5. Verify banking details with clients and suppliers, applying callback procedures using My Sis ID platform.
6. Ensure payment terms align with contractual conditions.
7. Maintain supplier database reliability by processing results from the automated monthly maintenance robot.
8. Update fiscal identifiers to ensure proper supplier recognition in invoice dematerialization tools and My Sis ID platform.
9. Ensure quality and receipt of invoice flows in Basware/Alusta/SAP tools.
10. Analyze and resolve supplier recognition errors and invoice rejection issues.
11. Handle ad-hoc support requests related to supplier activation or accountant feedback.
12. Continuously improve paper invoice management by transitioning to dematerialized flows (Cloudscan).
13. Communicate P2P flow management best practices and internal control rules to external suppliers and internal teams.

1. Higher education in Commerce, Economics, or Management (BTS and/or Master I or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a similar role within a demanding and responsive environment, ideally in an international company's accounts payable team.

1. Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with suppliers and internal Chanel services.
2. Meticulous and organized with a proactive approach.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
4. Proficiency in office tools, with SAP experience being advantageous.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, preferably within an international company's accounts payable team.

Higher education in Commerce, Economics, or Management (BTS and/or Master I or equivalent).
