Chanel Supplier Data and Experience Manager

- Create and modify customer and supplier accounts in SAP FI/COUPA, ensuring data consistency across systems.
- Communicate best practices regarding invoice documentation quality to streamline administrative processes.
- Serve as the first level of internal control.
- Manage daily operations by updating customer and supplier records across all Chanel entities.
- Verify banking details with clients and suppliers, applying callback procedures using My Sis ID platform.
- Ensure payment terms align with contractual conditions.
- Maintain supplier database integrity by processing results from automated monthly maintenance robots, including account blocking and verification of SIRET, address, and VAT numbers.
- Update tax identifiers for supplier recognition in invoice dematerialization tools and My Sis ID platform.
- Guarantee invoice dematerialization and quality from suppliers, verifying receipt in Basware/Alusta/SAP tools.
- Analyze and track supplier recognition errors and resolve invoice rejection issues.
- Handle ad-hoc support requests related to supplier activation or accountant feedback.
- Continuously improve paper invoice management to transform them into dematerialized flows (Cloudscan).
- Communicate P2P flow management best practices and internal control rules to both external suppliers and internal teams, assisting suppliers with COUPA digital forms and BASWARE invoice submissions.
- Higher education in Commerce/Economics/Management (BTS and/or Master I or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a demanding and fast-paced environment, ideally in an international company's accounts payable team.
- Excellent communication skills to guide suppliers and internal Chanel services in procedure compliance.
- Meticulous and organized with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in office tools, with SAP being advantageous.
- Fluent in English for daily written communication, with confidence in oral communication.
- Mandatory proficiency in French, with Italian as a plus.
A minimum of one year in a similar position, preferably within an international company's accounts payable team.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Economics, or Management.
