Chanel Supplier Data and Experience Coordinator

- Create and modify customer and supplier accounts in SAP FI/COUPA.
- Ensure data consistency related to customers and suppliers across systems.
- Communicate best practices regarding invoice documentation quality to streamline administrative processes.
- Serve as the first level of internal control.
- Manage daily operations, including updating client and supplier records across Chanel entities.
- Verify banking details with clients and suppliers, applying callback procedures via My Sis ID platform.
- Check payment terms for contractual compliance.
- Maintain supplier database and ensure information reliability.
- Process results from the automated monthly supplier database maintenance robot.
- Update tax identifiers to ensure supplier recognition in invoice dematerialization tools and My Sis ID platform.
- Ensure quality and receipt of invoice flows in Basware/Alusta/SAP.
- Analyze and resolve supplier recognition errors and invoice rejection issues.
- Handle ad-hoc support requests related to supplier activation or field accountant feedback.
- Continuously improve paper invoice management to transform them into dematerialized flows (Cloudscan).
- Communicate P2P flow management best practices and internal control rules to external suppliers and internal teams.
- Assist suppliers with digital form completion in COUPA and invoice submission via BASWARE (Smart Pdf).
- Currently enrolled in higher education in Commerce/Economics/Management (BTS or equivalent).
- Seeking an apprenticeship contract.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a demanding and fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Pedagogical skills with strong listening and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in office tools.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language is a plus.
A first experience in a similar role within a demanding and responsive environment is beneficial.
Currently pursuing higher education in Commerce, Economics, or Management (BTS or equivalent).
