Chanel Subcontracting Industrialization Manager

- Oversee the operational follow-up from the industrialization phase to the commencement of production.
- Coordinate all project-related teams to ensure successful industrialization of makeup products in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
- Organize and monitor industrial trials in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Manage the industrialization schedule with the Chamant factory teams and subcontractors, participating in regular development meetings.
- Implement necessary actions and conditions for the initiation of initial productions.
- Study methods for the industrialization of new products, analyzing product briefs and feasibility with subcontractors.
- Identify and analyze risks, developing associated action plans for technical, quality, safety, and timing aspects.
- Validate development scenarios based on analysis and collaboration with partner departments (quality, supply, packaging, formulation).
- Consolidate and input production parameters into dedicated information systems (SAP, Team Center).
- Lead or participate in optimization projects for continuous improvement and innovation, enhancing product range to improve costs and performance.
- Degree from an engineering school or university.
- Significant experience in a production unit or product development environment.
- Strong organizational and methodological skills.
- Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Initiative and decision-making capabilities.
- Focus on optimization and continuous improvement.
