2. Provide expert styling advice aligned with Chanel's brand and collection styles.
3. Inspire clients to explore diverse styles beyond their usual preferences.
4. Conduct personalized wardrobe appointments and styling sessions.
5. Participate in boutique events as a style authority.
6. Collaborate with boutique management to develop annual plans from a styling perspective.
7. Proactively suggest strategies to promote key pieces and manage inventory.
8. Lead styling activities and workshops to enhance boutique styling competencies.
9. Coach and mentor Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors, providing feedback and development plans.
10. Influence boutique buying decisions from a style perspective, ensuring alignment with Chanel's allure.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury fashion retail.
2. Proficiency in German and English.
3. Excellent communication skills and empathy.
4. Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
5. High degree of integrity and ethics.
