- Steer and enhance the long-term Travel Retail strategy and roadmap in alignment with Chanel's global vision.
- Drive the TR 2035 vision internally and collaborate with Regions and Divisions to develop and implement the plan.
- Lead high-impact cross-divisional strategic projects with defined KPIs to ensure progress and alignment.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Travel Retail Divisions and regional teams, embedding expertise and driving alignment.
- Represent Chanel at major industry forums and conferences to foster partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with airports, operators, media agencies, and industry stakeholders to reinforce Chanel's leadership.
- Oversee major TFWA events to elevate Chanel's visibility and influence in the industry.
- Serve as the internal reference point for TR industry and traveler insights across Regions and Divisions.
- Coordinate with PR/Communication teams on the media strategy across markets in Travel Retail.
- Build a robust intelligence roadmap with the Global Insight & Foresight Team and external partners.
- Analyze competitive dynamics, retail evolution, traffic forecasts, and business performance to anticipate trends.
- Share actionable insights across the Travel Retail network to guide decision-making.
- Lead and inspire a direct team while coordinating a broader network of cross-functional Travel Retail executives.
- Promote collective success within the Travel Retail community by sharing best practices and organizing regular meetings.
- Proven ability to design and execute long-term strategies in Travel Retail.
