Chanel Strategic Planning Intern

- Monitor socio-cultural trends relevant to the divisions of Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.
- Contribute to research projects by gathering and analyzing pertinent sources such as industry benchmarks, positioning audits, press reviews, and academic summaries.
- Participate in the creation of monthly and ad hoc social listening analytical reports, including topic proposal, drafting, revising, and disseminating reports.
- Consolidate studies by theme, country, or product category using various methodologies including qualitative studies and strategic planning.
- Assist in the internal dissemination of studies produced by the Insight & Foresight department through global internal knowledge platforms, monthly newsletters, and production of editorial or visual/audio-visual materials.
- Support project management including logistical setup, material and schedule management, field study follow-ups, agency relations, and email dispatches.
- Currently pursuing a degree in communication, social sciences, or strategic planning from institutions such as Sciences Po, Celsa, University, or Business School.
- Previous significant experience in strategic planning, either client-side or in an agency setting.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong analytical, drafting, and synthesis capabilities.
- Appreciation for collaborative and iterative thinking with the flexibility to juggle various subjects and disciplines.
- Developed critical thinking ability to be exercised within a defined framework suitable to the brand's challenges and audiences.
- Meticulous, efficient, dynamic, and curious with precise and reliable information handling.
- Interest in trends and new technologies with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Previous significant experience in strategic planning, either client-side or in an agency setting.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication, social sciences, or strategic planning.
