- Conduct daily monitoring of sectoral, competitive, and reputational information on institutional, strategic, and sensitive topics related to the luxury sector.
- Develop innovative tools to enhance monitoring processes and customer care management platforms for sensitive issues.
- Perform international media monitoring, both online and offline, covering generalist, specialized press, and social media in the luxury sector, particularly in Fashion, Fragrances and Cosmetics, and Watches and Jewelry.
- Draft bi-daily summaries in English of significant daily information.
- Manage and coordinate external monitoring tools and providers, ensuring the quality and relevance of collected information.
- Continuously improve monitoring processes by integrating technological innovations, especially AI-based solutions, to anticipate strategic, reputational, and competitive challenges.
- Enhance customer care tools globally by integrating technological innovations, particularly AI solutions, to streamline current systems.
- Proven experience in strategic, competitive, and reputational monitoring.
- Expertise in project management and coordination of external providers.
- Strong project management skills with a keen interest in AI and new technologies, capable of leading projects from start to finish using appropriate internal and external resources.
- Excellent command of monitoring tools and data analysis software.
- Ideally, good knowledge of the luxury sector and its specific challenges.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Proactivity and ability to anticipate strategic needs and challenges.
