1. Oversee the planning and execution of store openings, renovations, and visual merchandising projects.
2. Manage technical fit-outs and ensure the successful implementation of podiums and events.
3. Provide administrative and operational support, including inventory oversight and fixture management.
4. Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to adapt creative visions into client experiences.
5. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landlords to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
6. Lead retrofit initiatives to enhance visibility and functionality at points of sale.
7. Contribute to special projects such as pop-up stores and unique installations.
8. Maintain sustainability in visual merchandising through effective lifecycle management of fixtures and props.

1. Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and project management within the beauty or fashion industry.
3. Supervisory experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
2. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and VM plans.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Proactive and resilient mindset with attention to detail and creative flair.
5. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.

3–4 years of experience in project coordination or visual merchandising within luxury retail or fast-paced environments.

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
