1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas.
2. Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence.
3. Prepare and organize boutique inventories.
4. Ensure cash and wrap stations are stocked and prepared.
5. Assist with gift wrapping and packaging as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients.
8. Ensure memos and information notices are current and posted appropriately.
9. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.

1. Experience in customer service and stock management.
2. Retail experience is an asset.

Proven experience in customer service and stock management, with retail experience considered an asset.

Competitive base salary of up to $55,000 CAD annually plus bonus.
