- Lead and manage a team to ensure optimal stock management and operations.
- Coordinate activities with the Operations Manager to enhance team collaboration and information sharing.
- Ensure the team understands and implements the brand's strategy effectively.
- Directly manage stock controllers and stockists to achieve their objectives.
- Facilitate regular stock community meetings within the boutique.
- Ensure team proficiency in internal procedures and train new team members.
- Contribute to the planning of boutique activities and resources, including scheduling and breaks.
- Conduct and lead Morning Briefs.
- Participate in the boutique's management committee, sharing challenges and collaborating with the front office.
- Manage stock activities including receipt and control of deliveries, client reservations, obsolete items, invoice tracking, and product labeling.
- Ensure smooth inventory processes, including rotating inventories and annual stock audits.
- Propose process optimizations to the management, enhancing supply systems and logistics organization.
- Perform regular stock analyses to inform optimization strategies.
- Serve as the reference for storage space arrangement and optimization in a dynamic environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational processes.
- 5 to 8 years of confirmed experience in a logistics environment with a successful track record in a similar role.
- Natural leadership and team unification abilities.
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to constant change.
- Organized, meticulous, and versatile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Retail sensitivity and intercultural openness.
- Conversational English proficiency.
5 to 8 years of experience in logistics with a successful track record in a similar role.
