Stock Manager

1. Manage and lead a team.
2. Coordinate team activities and ensure information sharing.
3. Ensure understanding and implementation of the company's strategy by the team.
4. Directly manage stock controllers and stockists to achieve their objectives.
5. Animate the stock community of the boutique with regular meetings.
6. Ensure team mastery of internal procedures and train new members.
7. Contribute to the planning of boutique activities and resources.
8. Conduct and animate Morning Briefs.
9. Participate in the boutique's management committee and collaborate with the front office organization.
10. Manage stock activities: receiving and checking deliveries, managing client reservations, obsolete items, invoice tracking, packaging, product relabeling, and organizing sales.
11. Ensure proper inventory processes and results, including rotating inventories and annual inventory.
12. Propose operational process optimizations to management.
13. Conduct regular stock analyses for optimization insights.
14. Act as a reference for organizing and optimizing new storage spaces.
15. Propose continuous improvements in organizational processes.

1. 5 to 8 years of confirmed experience in a logistics environment with successful experience in a similar role.

1. Ability to handle emergencies and find solutions.
2. Natural leadership and team unification skills.
3. Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
5. Organized, rigorous, and versatile.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
7. Sensitivity to retail and intercultural openness.
8. Conversational English required.

5 to 8 years of confirmed experience in a logistics environment with successful experience in a similar role.
