- Manage and coordinate the stock team activities at the 19 Cambon boutique, acting as the right-hand to the Operations Manager.
- Facilitate information sharing and ensure the stock team comprehends and implements the brand's strategic vision.
- Directly manage Stock Officers, guiding them towards achieving their team objectives.
- Animate the stock community within the boutique by establishing regular meetings.
- Ensure team proficiency in internal procedures and plan activities and resources according to business fluctuations.
- Participate actively in the boutique's management committee, sharing challenges and collaborating with the front office.
- Oversee stock activities including delivery reception, client reservations, obsolete items management, invoice and packaging tracking, product relabeling, and sale organization.
- Ensure inventory processes are conducted smoothly and results are accurate, adhering to procedures for rotating and annual inventories.
- Propose operational process optimizations to the management and suggest improvements in supply chain systems and logistics organization.
- Conduct regular stock analyses to inform optimization strategies.
- Serve as a reference for the arrangement and optimization of new storage spaces in a dynamic environment.
- Contribute to continuous organizational improvement by offering innovative solutions.
- 5 to 8 years of confirmed experience in a logistics environment.
- Natural leadership and strong managerial skills.
- Ability to unite teams and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary conduct and precision.
- Acute sense of customer service.
- Proficiency in action plan formalization.
- Professional stock management with strong technical skills.
- Organized, meticulous, with analytical and synthetic abilities.

- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Solid English language skills (written and spoken).
