- Manage the daily operations of the stock team.
- Coordinate team activities to promote collaboration and ensure information sharing.
- Ensure team understanding and deployment of Chanel's strategic vision.
- Train new team members on internal procedures.
- Contribute to boutique activity and resource planning, including scheduling and breaks.
- Support the team in achieving daily tasks and objectives.
- Conduct and lead morning briefings.
- Participate in creating the Chanel customer experience.
- Co-manage boutique presentation in line with established guidelines.
- Seek solutions to streamline floor operations and collaborate with other departments.
- Contribute to the organization of buffer stocks.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product lines in stock.
- Oversee product flow management, including deliveries and documentation verification.
- Facilitate inter-boutique product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
- Organize and monitor cyclical and annual inventories.
- Manage quality returns, credit follow-ups, and liaise with commercial and after-sales services.
- Participate in innovative stock-related projects, such as RFID implementation.
- Analyze operational needs and propose proactive improvement plans.
- Drive objectives and contribute to action plans for goal achievement.
- Proven expertise in stock management with strong technical skills.
- Ability to handle urgent situations and problem-solve effectively.
- Natural leadership qualities with team-building capabilities.
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
