1. Manage the daily operations of the stock team.
2. Coordinate team activities to promote collaboration and ensure information sharing.
3. Ensure team understanding and deployment of Chanel's strategic vision.
4. Train new team members on internal procedures.
5. Contribute to boutique activity and resource planning, including scheduling and breaks.
6. Support the team in achieving daily tasks and objectives.
7. Conduct and lead morning briefings.
8. Participate in creating the Chanel customer experience.
9. Co-manage boutique presentation in line with established guidelines.
10. Seek solutions to streamline floor operations and collaborate with other departments.
11. Contribute to the organization of buffer stocks.
12. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product lines in stock.
13. Oversee product flow management, including deliveries and documentation verification.
14. Facilitate inter-boutique product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
15. Organize and monitor cyclical and annual inventories.
16. Manage quality returns, credit follow-ups, and liaise with commercial and after-sales services.
17. Participate in innovative stock-related projects, such as RFID implementation.
18. Analyze operational needs and propose proactive improvement plans.
19. Drive objectives and contribute to action plans for goal achievement.
