Chanel Stock Manager

- Ensure proper maintenance of stock and boutique in accordance with established rules.
- Seek solutions to streamline floor activity.
- Contribute to the organization of buffer stocks and facilitate product availability on each floor.
- Develop comprehensive product line knowledge and enhance the versatility of the stock team.
- Manage product inflows and outflows, including delivery reception and verification of delivery notes and goods.
- Implement and enforce processes.
- Oversee inter-boutique product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
- Participate in the organization and monitoring of rotating inventories by product family and RFID inventories.
- Master stock management tools and rigorously analyze indicators.
- Manage quality returns, track credits and follow-ups, and liaise with the sales and after-sales service.
- Optimize storage areas and propose necessary adjustments.
- Understand objectives and proactively suggest action plans to achieve them.
- Provide indicators to challenge overall activity efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales management and/or logistics.
- Proven experience in stock management within a retail and luxury environment.
- Recognized for rigor and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.
