- Support boutique management and sales team with accurate inventory management.
- Ensure effective and optimized handling of goods flow into and out of the boutique.
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience.
- Participate in the creation of the Chanel experience and streamline boutique activities.
- Contribute to stock organization and develop knowledge of all product lines.
- Ensure proper management of incoming and outgoing product flows, including receipt of deliveries and verification of delivery notes.
- Oversee product transfers between boutiques and liaise with external carriers.
- Participate in rotating inventories and annual inventory management.
- Manage quality returns, control credits, and set up quality control and inventory management.
- Deploy innovative projects related to inventory management.
- Coordinate team activities and promote collaboration.
- Support the team in achieving objectives and ensure performance reviews.
- Ensure team mastery of internal procedures and contribute to planning activities.
- Professional experience in inventory management with technical skills.
- Ability to handle unforeseen events and seek solutions.
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Organized, rigorous, and versatile.
- Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
- Fluent in English.
Experience in inventory management within a luxury retail environment is required.
