1. Support all stock operations including recording merchandise movements, receiving and shipping products in accordance with Maison procedures.
2. Collaborate in organizing and maintaining stock orderliness, ensuring products are always available and well-presented.
3. Utilize automated allocation systems and update receiving and shipping plans in coordination with the team.
4. Prepare shipments and packaging material refills, ensuring compliance with Chanel standards.
5. Work closely with the boutique team and Stock Manager to ensure efficient product flow, especially during launches and strategic activities.
6. Adhere to timelines and operational procedures, contributing to the smooth functioning of stock management.
7. Communicate any useful information to improve stock management.
8. Respect Maison guidelines regarding safety, organization, and quality.

1. Previous experience in similar roles within the retail/luxury sector.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Flexibility, dynamism, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Teamwork predisposition.
5. Excellent knowledge of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
6. Motivation and interest in working in a dynamic and international environment.
7. Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
