Chanel Special Orders Product Manager

This division, established in 1932 with the introduction of the Bijoux de Diamants collection, remains at the forefront of haute joaillerie, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern creativity.
- Develop and implement the strategy for the Special Orders in High Jewelry and Jewelry.
- Define guidelines for Special Orders and monitor sales and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and markets to execute action plans based on reporting.
- Create and enhance tools and processes for short, medium, and long-term business development.
- Develop training materials for sales staff and conduct training sessions as a brand ambassador.
- Assess client requests in collaboration with the Creative Studio, Development, and Stone Service.
- Oversee development milestones from design to delivery, ensuring cost, timeline, and quality standards.
- Determine pricing and collaborate with Artistic Direction to create product environments.
- Contribute to the exclusivity of the Special Orders experience through specific tool development.
- Work closely with the Heritage team to identify and develop High Jewelry pieces for the Heritage collections.
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Special Orders projects.
- Experience in the Jewelry sector is advantageous.
- Proactive and initiative-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
3-4 years of experience in Marketing, particularly in Special Orders projects, with a preference for experience in the Jewelry sector.
