Chanel Special Orders Product Manager

- Develop the strategy for the Special Orders High Jewelry and Jewelry activity.
- Define guidelines for Special Orders and monitor sales and KPIs.
- Implement action plans in collaboration with internal teams and markets.
- Create new tools and processes for short, medium, and long-term development.
- Develop training materials for sales staff and conduct training sessions.
- Receive and assess client requests in collaboration with the Creation Studio, Development, and Stone Service.
- Oversee the development milestones from design to delivery, ensuring cost, timeline, and quality standards.
- Set pricing and develop the product environment for each piece.
- Collaborate with the Heritage team to identify High Jewelry pieces for the Heritage collections.
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Special Orders projects.
- Experience in the Jewelry sector is a plus.
- Proactive and initiative-taking.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
