1. Conduct eco-responsible sourcing of materials and accessories for uniform collections.
2. Negotiate pricing and timelines with suppliers and manufacturers.
3. Coordinate and analyze laboratory tests and specific tests for raw materials.
4. Validate material quality and color standards.
5. Develop and launch prototypes with manufacturers.
6. Oversee the eco-responsible transformation of uniforms and coordinate product certifications.
7. Manage collection planning and product development timelines.
8. Organize and participate in photoshoots, managing retouching and catalog creation.
9. Analyze and monitor raw material stocks and adjust supply as needed.
10. Collaborate with IT teams for the deployment of new tools and systems.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) in a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in varied roles within the fashion industry.

1. Technical expertise in textiles and eco-responsible sourcing.
2. Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and financial metrics.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
7. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Orliweb, or Anaplan is advantageous.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in diverse roles within the fashion industry, with a focus on textile expertise and eco-responsible practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) in a related field.
