Chanel Solution Delivery Manager

- Ensure the operation, evolution, and quality of service of the applications within the domain of responsibility.
- Act as the interface for business users of the relevant applications on behalf of the IT department.
- Develop expertise in and master the technologies and processes associated with the applications, including internal development and market solutions such as PowerPlatforms.
- Provide Level 2 support and escalate to Level 3 for relevant applications.
- Conduct advanced technical support and root cause analysis of incidents.
- Manage relationships with development teams, vendors, and other support teams for bug fixes and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor SLAs and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate updates and patches to minimize user impact.
- Gather and analyze business needs for minor application enhancements.
- Coordinate the implementation of minor enhancements with development teams.
- Conduct testing and validation prior to deployment.
- Oversee technical releases and their coordination.
- Analyze application performance and propose proactive actions for improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends and CHANEL practices regarding applications, hosting, security, and integration.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and suggest improvements.
- Work with development teams and vendors to ensure high service levels.
- Facilitate follow-up committees and communicate major updates and incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the luxury or retail sector is a plus.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage stress and workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms.
- Knowledge of integration models and technical documentation of applications.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, with experience in the luxury or retail sector considered advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac +5).
