Chanel Software Factory Manager

- Lead and mentor the Software Factory team, including Product Owners, Project Leads, Developers, and QA Engineers.
- Oversee recruitment processes, job description creation, and conduct interviews.
- Evaluate team performance and potential, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Coordinate support activities with the offshore service center manager and implement appropriate processes.
- Supervise project development phases and ensure effective reporting and resource allocation.
- Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage the Software Factory's budget and client-assigned budgets.
- Significant experience (8-10 years minimum) in managing multidisciplinary software development teams.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience in project supervision from functional scoping to production deployment.
- Familiarity with Azure technical environment is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build trust, motivate, and unite teams around Software Factory objectives.
- Expertise in application support management and internal client service orientation.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and continuous integration processes.
- Budget management and resource optimization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Minimum of 8-10 years in managing multidisciplinary software development teams, with a focus on Agile methodologies and project supervision.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
