- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and internal stakeholders to execute the communications strategy for platforms such as LINE and X.
- Coordinate with the Client Engagement team to optimize targeting and content distribution, leveraging the client database and CRM program to enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze social media posts to assess performance and improve effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing content posting calendars and directing internal teams and external agencies.
- Guide and collaborate with the Social Media Planner and Assistant to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Facilitate communication with local divisions and global teams to share insights and drive projects forward.
- Work closely with LINE and X communications and marketing teams to define objectives and create platform synergies.
- Manage budgets in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Disseminate information across teams, including Integrated Media, Research & Insights, and Omni-Channel Platform, to enhance social media content.
- Provide stakeholders with updates on social media algorithms, platform news, and trends.
- Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 830 or above).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or CRM.
- Proven communication skills and a positive approach to negotiations and proposals.
- Experience with social media posting and analytical tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the luxury industry is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budget management expertise.
A minimum of 5 years in social media, digital marketing, or CRM, preferably within the luxury industry.
Completion of degree-level education.
