1. Support the Social Media Manager in building strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance Chanel's social media presence in Japan.
2. Assist in operational support for governance with stakeholders and partners, focusing on platforms such as X and LINE.
3. Translate key elements between Japanese and English, both spoken and written, as required.
4. Coordinate with the corporate team and local divisions to manage publishing tools and calendars with precision.
5. Aid in tracking local content consumption trends and compiling best practice examples.
6. Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling, travel, and room bookings.
7. Organize and compile regular reports on social media initiatives.

2. Native level proficiency in Japanese and advanced English skills
