- Participate in the implementation of impactful social engagement initiatives to encourage volunteer involvement across all activities in France.
- Draft mission briefs for employees in collaboration with partner associations.
- Ensure effective communication of information to employees by managing available tools, including the engagement platform.
- Monitor registrations and support volunteers throughout their involvement.
- Organize and execute missions of varying scales, such as workshops and internships.
- Conduct follow-up and evaluation of the impact of missions and partnerships.
- Track and measure the impact of engagement actions implemented.
- Manage the current engagement platform (Komeet) and contribute to the optimal migration to a new platform (Benevity) in 2025.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative follow-up of actions, focusing on impact measurement, shared in high-quality periodic reporting.
- Propose relevant complementary analyses.
- Participate in team activities and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in a generalist curriculum.
- Experience in the non-profit sector, either professionally or personally.
- Seeking a 2-year apprenticeship contract.
- Exemplary rigor and recognized agility.
- Organizational and proactive skills for mission management.
- Analytical skills and understanding of numerical data.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to manage multiple challenging topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General affinity for digital tools.
- Passion for social and solidarity engagement and the non-profit sector.
Experience in the non-profit sector, either professionally or personally, is required.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in a generalist curriculum.
