1. Ensure the performance, reliability, and evolution of Chanel's global SOC infrastructure.
2. Collaborate across regions and teams to optimize security operations and develop new SOC services.
3. Provide technical expertise to maintain the reliability and continuity of SOC infrastructure.
4. Support seamless delivery of security services across all regions, divisions, and corporate entities.
5. Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to maintain SOC service quality.
6. Track partner KPIs, ensuring SLAs and SLOs are achieved.
7. Prepare and support business reviews with partners, presenting results to GISec committees and stakeholders.
8. Contribute to the design and continuous evolution of SOC platforms.
9. Shape the technical architecture of the SOC to support Chanel's global ambitions.
10. Collaborate with the Head of InfoSec Response to deploy security operations processes.
11. Ensure performance, security, resilience, and long-term operational integrity of infrastructure.
12. Coordinate security infrastructure and application project evolutions.
13. Ensure documentation readiness and timely task delivery.
14. Contribute to the creation and optimization of new SOC services.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
2. Significant experience in an international environment.
3. Advanced knowledge of infrastructure technologies used by InfoSec.
4. Strong understanding of MOC/MSC practices and performance optimization.
5. Familiarity with automation, monitoring frameworks, and modern infrastructure patterns.
6. Fluency in English and French.
