- Participate in the inventory and cataloging of collections and generate accessory reports.
- Manage internal requests from the Ready-to-Wear and Accessories Production teams, including dispatches and returns.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained daily to facilitate shopping preparations and appointments.
- Assist in the bi-weekly visual merchandising of accessory displays based on Image department guidelines.
- Perform minor garment repairs, such as sewing buttons and labels, and manage dry cleaning and after-sales service.
- Support event preparations, including logistics and packaging.
- Contribute to the Wardrobe Project by assisting with inventory and catalog creation for the Showroom and Celebrity Wardrobe.
- Prepare activity reports for the Wardrobe Project.
- Assist in preparing outfits for appointments.
- Manage the return of loaned items, ensuring their condition and reporting any missing pieces.
- Monitor and report on the inventory of showroom presentation tools, including hangers and display trays.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Bac +2 level university degree with a specialization in communication, press, or fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Excellent organizational and rigorous approach.
- Dynamic and logical mindset with a keen product sensitivity.
- Basic sewing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
No specific prior experience required, but a background in fashion or press-related roles is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
