Chanel Showroom Assistant

- Participate in inventory referencing of collections and establish accessory reports.
- Manage internal requests from Production and Accessories teams: sending and returning items.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained daily, including collection spaces and displays.
- Assist in setting up visual merchandising displays for accessories every 15 days based on guidelines.
- Maintain collections: perform minor sewing tasks, handle dry cleaning, and after-sales service.
- Support the team in event preparation, including logistics and packaging.
- Participate in the Vestiaire Project: support inventory and catalog creation.
- Prepare reports on Vestiaire activities.
- Assist in preparing appointments: outfit selection.
- Handle returns of borrowed items: ensure items are in good condition and report missing pieces.
- Monitor stock of showroom presentation tools: conduct inventories and report purchases.
- Currently a student in a business school or pursuing a Bac +2 level university education with a specialization in communication, press, or fashion.
- Recognized for strong interpersonal and service skills, organization, rigor, and dynamism.
- Logical thinking.
- Product sensitivity.
- Basic sewing skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
No specific experience required, but a background in fashion or communication is beneficial.
Currently a student in a business school or pursuing a Bac +2 level university education with a specialization in communication, press, or fashion.
