1. Participate in inventory management and create accessory reports.
2. Manage internal requests from Production teams for Ready-to-Wear and Accessories, including dispatch and returns.
3. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained daily to facilitate shopping and appointments.
4. Assist in the visual merchandising of accessory displays bi-weekly according to Image department guidelines.
5. Perform minor garment repairs and coordinate with laundry and after-sales services.
6. Support event preparation, including logistics and packaging.
7. Contribute to the Vestiaire Project by assisting with inventory and catalog creation.
8. Prepare for appointments by selecting appropriate outfits.
9. Handle returns of loaned items, ensuring their condition and reporting any missing pieces.
10. Monitor and report on showroom presentation tool inventory, including hangers and display trays.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Bac +2 level university degree with a specialization in communication, press, or fashion.

2. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
3. Dynamic and proactive approach.
4. Logical thinking and product sensitivity.
5. Basic sewing skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

No prior experience required, but a background in fashion or communication is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Bac +2 level degree or equivalent.
