Chanel Services Continuity Director

- Oversee Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities to ensure availability, performance, and resilience of critical services.
- Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate responses to major incidents and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Automate operational processes to ensure scalability and robustness of services.
- Establish and track key performance and quality indicators, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Supervise change management and deployment processes to ensure optimal quality control and minimize regression risks.
- Develop and operate an advanced monitoring platform for real-time availability, performance, and alerting.
- Provide and evolve the CI/CD DevSecOps platform, ensuring secure, automated, and integrated deployment environments.
- Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance (QA) platform, offering advanced testing solutions and supporting software quality automation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Software Factory to implement Software Quality Management services, promoting a culture of 'quality by design'.
- Significant experience (8-10 years minimum) in managing critical IT services, ideally in international and complex environments such as fashion, retail, or luxury.
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and managing the availability, performance, and resilience of critical systems.
- Mastery of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, automation, integrated security, GitOps).
- Demonstrated history in managing release cycles, progressive deployments, and large-scale QA platforms.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams (SRE, DevOps, QA, Release).
- Ability to unite teams around a vision of continuous improvement and to prioritize and manage cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in crisis management, effective communication, and decision-making under pressure.
- Proficiency in ITIL, Lean, Agile/Scrum methodologies to structure processes and ensure quality.
- Expertise in integrating security and compliance requirements into CI/CD pipelines and production platforms.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing critical IT services, with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering and DevSecOps practices.
