Chanel IT Manager - Infrastructure and Operations

- Manage incident and problem resolution with regional service desk and local support teams.
- Execute change and enhancement strategies from Regional Infrastructure & Operation Management.
- Monitor and maintain high-performing services delivered by regional and third-party vendors.
- Manage external service vendors to maintain local infrastructure health and provide timely onsite support.
- Own the market’s incident, support, and escalation processes, ensuring high performance and accurate reporting.
- Take ownership of major incidents, coordinating resolution and communication to stakeholders.
- Monitor, control, and support service delivery, ensuring adherence to systems, methodologies, and procedures.
- Ensure quality of service and performance provisioned to the market, factoring future demand into capacity plans.
- Liaise with regional application teams to monitor and maintain local and regional applications.
- Govern infrastructure delivery activities for new site establishments, renovations, and relocations.
- Manage regional service vendors to deliver projects, including boutique openings and renovations.
- Provide advisory on quotations and budgets from third-party vendors.
- Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure timely completion of actions.
- Manage and monitor market service delivery budget and assist in regional budgetary management.
- Provide regular status reports on Infrastructure Service Management, Application Support, and Project Delivery.
- Respond to auditor requests for Service Delivery information and follow up on audit comments.
- Proven experience in IT service management and infrastructure operations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery methodologies.
- Experience in managing external vendors and service providers.
- Ability to manage budgets and forecast financial requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management and execution.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management and infrastructure operations, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
