- Manage incidents, problems, and end-user computing support teams, ensuring high levels of performance and accurate reporting.
- Review change execution and outcomes, suggesting improvements to mitigate business impact.
- Oversee major incidents, coordinating resolution efforts and conducting post-incident reviews.
- Monitor and support service delivery, ensuring adherence to systems, methodologies, and procedures.
- Define and generate reports on key metrics and KPIs, ensuring service quality and performance.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and implement service improvement plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to discuss service levels and improvement opportunities.
- Manage IT hardware and software asset inventory.
- Implement and manage service delivery projects led by global and regional teams.
- Govern infrastructure delivery activities for new site establishments, renovations, and relocations.
- Manage regional service vendors for project delivery, ensuring minimal service impact.
- Provide advisory on quotations and budgets for infrastructure initiatives.
- Lead remediation of security risks and coordinate data protection awareness initiatives.
- Respond to auditor requests and follow up on audit comments.
- Support automation requests using systems like Microsoft Power Automate/Apps.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred.
- ITIL V3/4 Foundation Level certification; intermediate or Expert level preferred.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Strong IT service management and project management skills.
- Proven multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Innovative design and testing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with confidence and flexibility.
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Service Delivery Management with production infrastructure and application support experience.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred.
