1. Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region by creating guidelines for visual layouts, display planograms, and campaign design direction.
2. Conceptualize, create, and develop innovative displays and events for various campaigns consistent with the brand image.
3. Educate and train teams across different countries through continuous communication and design solutions on various projects.

1. Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication/Graphic Design, or Multimedia.

3. Dynamic, creative, self-motivated, and well-organized
4. Proficient in Sketchup, Illustrator, and Photoshop
5. Fluent in English
6. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capacity
7. Team player

A minimum of 8 years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic design, or events design, preferably within the cosmetics or luxury consumer industry.

Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication/Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
