1. Provide second-level support for Retail POS (Oracle Xstore v23) and Mobile solutions, ensuring optimal user experience.
2. Understand and address issues faced by retail business with existing POS, ERP, and mobile applications, creating action plans for resolution.
3. Conduct continuous training for retail end-users, updating them on new features and IT process improvements.
4. Collaborate with external support partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to efficiently resolve reported issues.
5. Identify recurring issues to address training gaps or potential IT improvements.
6. Validate IT proposals with retail business requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
7. Test improvements, new features, and customizations to ensure proper functioning of POS and ERP systems.
8. Monitor post-implementation of improvements, providing necessary adjustments or requesting IT support.
9. Document and archive processes to build a comprehensive knowledge base and maintain operational history.

1. Graduation in IT Systems or Administration

1. Fluency in English
2. Deep knowledge of retail processes
3. Proficiency in Oracle Xstore v23 (technical and functional)
4. Knowledge of Oracle DB and MSSQL
5. Teaching and presentation skills
6. Strong organizational skills
7. Teamwork and collaboration
8. Focus and logical reasoning
9. Analytical capabilities

3-5 years of experience with Oracle Retail POS Systems from a user perspective, and participation in regular retail processes within a boutique environment.

Graduation in IT Systems or Administration
