1. Drive boutique coaching sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, with Style Advisors and Experts to enhance individual and group styling capabilities.
2. Identify and nurture potential talent within the team, monitoring their progress closely.
3. Develop content to improve Fashion Advisor styling skills, focusing on personalized styling approaches and trend awareness.
4. Collaborate with the Style Expertise Manager to support the development journey of Style Advisors and Experts.
5. Provide expert guidance and support for various styling activities across the team.
6. Partner with Learning & Development RLDPs to integrate style fundamentals into the training of all Fashion Advisors, especially those new to Chanel.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion retail or luxury fashion industries.
2. Background in Ready-to-Wear products is advantageous.
3. Stylist profile with a profound passion for fashion and styling.

1. Strong coaching and training skills with a dedication to developing others.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Confidence in presenting and engaging with teams.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.

A minimum of 5 years in a boutique or store environment within the fashion retail or luxury fashion industries.
